If you encounter a billing error with Apple on the Super AI Chat app, such as receiving a message stating ābilling problem with previous purchaseā, āverification requiredā or something similar, change your payment method. Add a new, valid payment method and remove the old payment method. The new payment method will automatically charge any unpaid balance. Once the outstanding balance has been paid, you can resume making new purchases or using subscriptions.
In order to change the payment method follow this steps:
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Payment & Shipping. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done.
Tap Edit.
Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Delete.
On iPhone, you'll see a message saying "Remove Payment Method".
Open the App Store.
Click your name or the Sign In button.
Click Account Settings.
Next to Payment Information, click Manage Payments. (If you're using an older macOS version, click Edit next to Payment Type.)
Click Add Payment, then enter the new payment method. Click Done.
Click Edit next to the old payment method, then click Remove Payment Method.
